Job Description

End-User Support

  • Provide on-site and remote IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
  • Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office 365, and standard business applications.
  • Create and manage email IDs and user accounts.
  • Handle password resets, access requests, and user profile issues.
  • Support collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and WebEx.

Hardware & Software Management

  • Perform system builds & software deployment.
  • Troubleshoot hardware issues (Dell /Hp / Lenovo preferred).
  • Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair, replacement, and warranty support.
  • Maintain IT asset inventory for laptops, desktops, accessories, and peripherals.

Network & Security Support

  • Basic troubleshooting of LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network printers.
  • Ensure compliance with IT security policies, antivirus, and endpoint protection tools.
  • Perform regular system updates and security patching.

ERP & Business Application Support

  • Assist in ERP software setup, configuration, and basic troubleshooting.
  • Coordinate with ERP vendors or internal teams for issue resolution.
  • Support users in factory and office environments using ERP systems.

Office & Factory IT Support

  • Provide IT support for factory floor systems and office users.
  • Assist with meeting room setup, AV equipment, and conference systems.
  • Support new joiner onboarding, IT inductions, and user training.
  • Participate in audits, preventive maintenance, and IT housekeeping activities.

Multi-Location & Travel Support

  • Handle IT support for multiple locations under the group of companies.
  • Travel to branch offices or factory sites as required.
  • Coordinate with local teams to ensure consistent IT service delivery.

Required Skills

  • 2–3 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Outlook, Active Directory.
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi).
  • Experience supporting ERP systems is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IT security practices, antivirus, patch management.
  • Good communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-location environment.
  • Willingness to travel when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
