Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Desk Attendant to join our team in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate should have 0-2 years of experience.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring prompt and efficient response to guests' needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest interactions, transactions, and preferences.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and well-maintained at all times.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex guest complaints and concerns.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications for managing front desk operations.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work.
