Job Description

‘My E-Haat’


Key Responsibilities


  • Define and execute My E-Haat’s vision, roadmap, and growth strategy to balance artisan livelihood with marketplace sustainability.
  • Design and oversee artisan training programs on design innovation, product diversification, quality, pricing, and market trends.
  • Facilitate workshops and mentorship programs connecting artisans with designers, industry experts, and retail partners.
  • Collaborate with designers and institutions to develop market-ready collections while preserving traditional craft techniques.
  • Manage website operations, including artisan onboarding, product uploads, UX enhancements, and impact storytelling integration.
  • Lead marketing campaigns and social media strategies to amplify artisan stories, craft heritage, and brand visibility.
  • Build strategic partnerships with corporates, CSR bodies, retail chains, and marketplaces to create new revenue streams.
  • Implement SOPs for artisan engagement, order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
  • Develop frameworks to monitor artisan growth, income upliftment, and prepare impact-driven reports for stakeholders.
  • Document success stories and case studies to strengthen advocacy, donor engagement, and brand positioning.


Requirements:

1. Education: Graduation or post-graduation in Design (preferably in Textile and Fashion Design) from reputed fashion design colleges (like NIFT and NID)

2. Experience: Minimum 6-8 years of experience in textile and fashion designing or management or a related field

3. Skills:

- Strong creative, innovative and design skills

- Excellent customer service and communication skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks

- Leadership qualities to guide the team working with My E-Haat
