About the Role This is a full-time remote role for a Social Media Strategist at Thick&Thin Media. The Social Media Strategist will be responsible for developing and implementing social media marketing strategies, optimizing social media profiles, and managing public relations efforts. Responsibilities Strategy Development: Create and execute data-driven social media strategies to elevate brand presence across platforms. Content Planning: Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives and target audience. Content Creation: Collaborate with designers, editors and content creators to produce engaging visuals and compelling copy for posts, stories, and ads. Community Management: Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and respond to messages and comments in a timely, brand-aligned manner. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social media performance, generating reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and suggest data-backed improvements. Trend Analysis: Stay updated on social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to keep the brand relevant and innovative. Reporting & Feedback: Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting KPIs, key learnings, and actionable insights.
