About the Role – It’s big, it’s creative, it’s full of impact You won’t just be designing the app or the website – you’ll own the entire visual and design ecosystem of GAJAB . From making sure our UX is smooth like butter, to crafting cool Instagram carousels and reels, to giving our brand a bold, memorable face – you’ll do it all. This role sits at the sweet spot of Product + Visual + Brand + Social . Yes, it’s a lot – but if you’re someone who thrives on creative ownership , this is for you. What you’ll be doing (and loving): Product & UX/UI: Lead the design of the entire product ecosystem – mobile app, website, seller dashboards. Work closely with Product, Tech, and Business to turn ideas into intuitive and delightful user flows. Own wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, design systems, and UX audits. Design Thinking & Brand: Shape the visual vibe of GAJAB – make sure it’s bold, on-point, and feels like one strong brand wherever it shows up. Create design systems, component libraries , and guidelines for internal use. Ensure visual consistency across all GAJAB touchpoints – from product to emails to presentations. Social Media & Marketing Collaterals: Brainstorm and design Instagram posts, stories, reels ↳, and quirky content with our social media team. Make our campaigns, launches, seller stories, and announcements ↳ look damn good. Collaborate with the content and growth team to make every post thumb-stopping and on-brand. Contribute to creative direction for photoshoots, videos, banners, and offline brand stuff too. Who are you (besides super creative): 5+ years of design experience with a mix of product and visual design. Solid portfolio showcasing web/mobile product design + branding + social content . Comfortable using Figma, Adobe Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop), Canva , etc. Bonus if you know the basics of After Effects/motion graphics/video editing tools . You’ve worked at or closely with consumer startups, e-commerce, or D2C brands . You know how to balance aesthetics with usability , fun with functionality. Comfortable in fast-paced environments and happy to wear multiple creative hats. Even better if you have: Built or scaled a design team before. Hands-on experience with performance-led design (CTR, engagement, conversions). Exposure to Indian audiences , regional storytelling, and viral content creation. Why GAJAB?
