Lead Facilitator - Design Thinking & Service Design We, at WNS Co-creation Labs, aim to change the way engage with clients over complex business problems using human-centered design as our central philosophy. We are seeking a highly skilled Design Thinking Facilitator with extensive experience in CXO interactions, driving digital transformation and innovation. As a facilitator, you will be responsible for leading and delivering end-to-end service design projects, facilitating workshops, and evangelizing design thinking methodologies within WNS. Key Responsibilities: • Facilitate design thinking workshops and trainings with CXO level stakeholders to set a vision and develop strategic plans and roadmaps for digital transformation • Lead end-to-end strategy and service design projects • Conduct customer research and gather insights to drive innovation and digital transformation • Create and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders • Coach team + WNS stakeholders on design thinking methodologies – design and lead training and coaching initiatives Requirements: • 7 + years of experience in design thinking, service design, strategy, consulting, or related field • Proven experience in CXO level interactions • Excellent facilitation and communication skills • Strong knowledge of design thinking methodologies • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Strong project management skills • Experience in leading workshops and trainings • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills If you are passionate about driving innovation and digital transformation through design thinking methodologies and have a track record of successful CXO level interactions, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity Show more Show less
