Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Design Team Lead at our Hyderabad location. The Design Team Lead will oversee and manage the design team, ensure effective communication across all aspects of a project, and lead the team towards successful project completion. They will coordinate product design activities, effectively manage projects from conception to delivery, and inspire team members to achieve their best. Collaboration with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with the client’s vision and company standards are critical aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients
• Team Management and Team Leadership experience to guide and motivate diverse team members
• Proficient Project Management skills to execute tasks efficiently and deliver projects within timeline and budget
• Expertise in Product Design to create functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces
• Creative problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Familiarity with design software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
