Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in North Delhi for a Design Team Lead. The Design Team Lead will oversee and manage a team of designers, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and meet high-quality standards. Responsibilities include leading team meetings, managing design projects from concept to completion, providing mentorship to team members, and collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure creative solutions align with brand goals. Qualifications Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with team members, stakeholders, and clients Proven experience in Team Management and Team Leadership to inspire, support, and guide a creative team Proficiency in Project Management to efficiently organize tasks, manage timelines, and ensure deadlines are met Expertise in Product Design with a strong portfolio showcasing innovative and impactful designs Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities Experience in a creative agency or similar environment is a plus
