Design Team Lead

You will be responsible for creating visually stunning designs and executing them from concept to completion. Your key responsibilities will include: - Creating high-quality graphics, infographics, and illustrations for digital ads, social media, and other multimedia platforms. - Designing assets for online campaigns, presentations, and advertising materials. - Conducting user research, competitor analysis, and market trends analysis to inform design decisions. - Incorporating findings into design concepts that enhance engagement, conversion, and user satisfaction. - Focusing on designs tailored for the Asian market with cultural nuances and regional preferences in mind. - Designing and developing visually engaging, responsive landing pages with a focus on user-centric experiences. - Collaborating with product managers, marketing teams, copywriters, and developers to deliver innovative digital designs. - Leading design discussions and providing creative direction to junior designers. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Bachelor's/Masters degree in Design, Visual Communications, or related fields. - Minimum of 5 years of professional design experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in web design and graphic design. - Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). - Preferred candidate with experience in motion graphics, video editing, AI tools.
