Role Description This is a full-time role for a Senior Sales Manager focusing on Interior Design, located in Hyderabad. The day-to-day tasks include leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, building relationships with prospective clients, closing sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Senior Sales Manager will also collaborate with the design team to align sales objectives with design deliverables. Qualifications Strong leadership and team management skills Proven experience in sales strategy development and execution Excellent client relationship building and negotiation skills Knowledge of interior design principles and trends Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field Experience in the interior design or related industry is a plus Show more Show less
