Design Team Lead

As a Team Leader in Design, your role involves being empathetic, listening, trusting your team, and supporting them. You should be reachable, approachable, inspiring, and catalyzing the overall workflow. Your main responsibility is to mentor designers with relevant metrics like design inputs and communication. Key Responsibilities: - Bridge the gap between the organization and the client during the design phase - Ensure designers are happy and feel balanced with their work-life - Provide customers with a top-notch experience in terms of commitments versus deliverables - Maintain a top-notch design experience based on inputs from designers to clients - Ensure projected revenue collection concludes happily and smoothly - Uphold zero compromises towards work quality - Communicate impeccably in writing for information, progression, and design phases - Mentor designers by setting strong examples on how, when, and what to do - Respond timely to designers" concerns with the organization - Address clients" concerns promptly within the pre-defined turnaround time - Keep designers informed about ongoing, latest, and upcoming design trends - Manage your own projects as Lead Designer, with support from Junior ID when necessary - Participate in frequent training sessions to eliminate repetition and improve based on case studies identified during escalations - Oversee the design process using technical expertise - Maintain integrity among the team Qualifications Required: - Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture from a reputed institute - Minimum of 50 projects delivered with a total revenue of at least 5 Cr in order value - Proficient in Project Management and Tracking skills - Strong Team Management skills In addition to the role and responsibilities, it is essential to have skills in project delivery, mentoring, architecture, revenue collection, communication, interior design, team management, commitments, design process oversight, and project management.,
