Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram for a Design Team Lead. The Design Team Lead will be responsible for overseeing and guiding the design team, managing projects from inception to completion, and ensuring the highest standards of design and delivery. Day-to-day tasks include team management, task delegation, product design, and ensuring seamless collaboration among team members. The Design Team Lead will also be in charge of communicating with clients to understand their needs and translating these into innovative interior designs.
