With an in-house manufacturing unit and a detail-driven team, we aim to deliver aesthetically elegant, functional, and personalized homes for every client. ⸻ Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Interior Designer who can take charge of our design projects with creativity, class, and confidence. You’ll represent the brand in front of premium clients, lead the design process end-to-end, and ensure every home designed under Aestheticaa aligns with our signature aesthetic and execution quality. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Lead design projects from concept to completion with minimal supervision • Understand client briefs and translate them into high-quality design concepts • Create moodboards, detailed layouts, 3D visualizations, and BOQs • Guide junior designers and review their work to maintain design standards • Present ideas to clients with clarity, confidence, and strong communication • Coordinate with vendors, execution teams, and project managers to ensure seamless implementation • Uphold the visual and experiential essence of the Aestheticaa brand in every space • Conduct site visits and ensure design fidelity and execution quality • Source finishes, furnishings, and accessories suited to client needs and brand tone ⸻ Requirements: • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Interior Design or equivalent • Minimum 4 years of experience in residential interior design • Excellent aesthetic sense with a deep understanding of space, form, and color • Strong portfolio showcasing premium residential work • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and rendering software (e.g., V-Ray/Lumion) • Client-facing confidence, great communication, and leadership ability • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines independently ⸻ What You’ll Love at Aestheticaa: • Freedom to lead high-value premium projects • Exposure to in-house manufacturing, giving you execution control • Collaborative, design-forward environment • Opportunity to shape a growing brand’s design language • Performance-linked bonuses & growth potential Salary : 30-40k as per industry standards ⸻ To Apply: Send your CV and portfolio to 8287522387 with the subject: Senior Designer Application – Aestheticaa Show more Show less
