Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Design Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and testing various engineering systems and components. This role requires a strong understanding of engineering principles, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop engineering systems and components based on project requirements.
  • Create detailed engineering drawings and specifications using CAD software.
  • Conduct simulations and tests to validate design concepts and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with other engineers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Identify and resolve design issues and provide innovative solutions.
  • Prepare and present design proposals and reports to management and clients.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to incorporate best practices into designs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in design engineering, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license.
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
