Job Description

Job Purpose To oversee the design and development of plots, conduct feasibility studies, and ensure compliance with regulatory policies, while providing presentation support to stakeholders. This position will require a unique blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and effective communication. Roles and Responsibilities Key Responsibilities 1. Lead the design and development of plots, ensuring timely completion and adherence to regulatory requirements with help of BDD Team. 2. Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, models, and specifications. 3. Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design plans. 4. Ensure that design plans meet stakeholder requirements and expectations. 5. Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure effective design and development. 6. Conduct feasibility studies to assess project viability and identify potential risks. 7. Review and analyse feasibility reports to ensure accuracy and completeness. 8. Provide recommendations to stakeholders based on feasibility study findings. 9. Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues. 10. Develop and maintain feasibility study reports and documentation. 11. Develop high-quality presentations (PPTs) for stakeholders, including society members. 12. Effectively communicate project details, timelines, and budgets to stakeholders. 13. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging. 14. Provide regular project updates to stakeholders. 15. Develop and maintain project presentation materials. 16. Stay up to date with regulatory policies, including DCPR, UDCPR, MMRDA, and others. 17. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in plot design and development. 18. Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks. 19. Develop and maintain regulatory compliance documentation. 20. Collaborate with regulatory authorities 21. Develop and implement project quality control processes to ensure high-quality deliverables. 21. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements and expectations. 22. Develop and maintain project budgets and financial reports, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost managements to ensure compliance. 23. Coordination with BDD, Sales, Liaisoning team, Site team, external consultants i.e. RCC, MEP, MOEF, Design Architects, Landscape Architect, Various vendors & Contractors to meet the requirement. 24. Preparation of GFC Drawings. 25. Preparing Sales plan & 3D Views with 3D team 26. Coordination with Management to meet the requirements of Building design & Execution Key Performance Indicator 1. Complete plot designs on time. 2. Ensure accuracy in feasibility study reports. 3. Deliver presentations on time with high stakeholder satisfaction. 4. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. 5. Foster positive team collaboration and leadership. 6. Complete projects within scheduled timelines. 7. Maintain budget adherence for all projects. 8. Achieve high stakeholder satisfaction with project outcomes. 9. Maintain high design quality standards. 10. Implement process improvements to increase productivity. Master’s degree in architecture (M. Arch) or related field (desired) Knowledge DCPR, UDCPR, MMRDA policies, and other regulatory requirements. Skills Strong design and technical skills Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills Design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit), presentation skills, analytical skills. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in architecture or a related field. Proven track record of successful project delivery and team management.
