Design Architect

As a Design Architect at Vijay Raheja & Associates, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the design and execution of architectural projects. You will collaborate closely with senior architects and management to develop innovative solutions that align with client requirements and comply with industry standards and regulations. This position will provide you with hands-on exposure to all project phases, fostering a growth-oriented and collaborative work environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop architectural designs that meet client needs and project objectives. - Prepare detailed working drawings to communicate design intent effectively. - Assist senior architects and project managers in project planning and development processes. - Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance. - Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders for seamless project execution. - Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress and quality control. - Support the creation of presentations and client proposals to showcase project concepts. - Ensure projects adhere to specified timelines and budgets for successful delivery. - Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office is mandatory for this role. - Experience working with SketchUp and Adobe Photoshop will be advantageous. - Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes is essential. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills are necessary for effective collaboration. - Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. - Demonstrate creativity, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: B. Arch (Mandatory) / M. Arch (Preferred) - Minimum 2+ years of experience with architectural design firms or developers in Mumbai. - Experience in working on residential and commercial projects is preferred.
