Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Design Architect at Talati and Partners LLP, located in Worli, Mumbai. The Design Architect will be responsible for conceptualizing and developing architectural designs, preparing construction drawings, managing design projects, and collaborating with teams to ensure design intent and project goals are met. The role involves close communication with clients, consultants, and contractors throughout the design and construction process.

Qualifications

• 3 to 7 years of Experience
• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design
• Skills in Design Management and Construction Drawings
• Strong Communication abilities for effective collaboration and project coordination
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with relevant design and drafting software
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field
