Role Description

Mumbai

• The role involves developing architectural designs, creating construction drawings, managing design projects, and collaborating with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
• The Design Architect will also oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring projects meet sustainability and quality standards.
• The role requires strong attention to detail and a passion for innovative and user-centric design.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Architecture and Architectural Design concepts and practices
• Experience in Design Management and the ability to oversee the end-to-end design process
• Skilled in producing detailed and accurate Construction Drawings
• Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and project teams
• Knowledge of sustainable design principles and advancements in design technologies
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
• Proficiency in architectural software such as CAD and 3D modeling tools is a plus
• Prior experience in designing for commercial, residential, or hospitality projects is preferred
