We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Design Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing architectural solutions that align with client needs, project requirements, and regulatory guidelines. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, consultants, and internal project teams to deliver high-quality, innovative designs. Key Responsibilities Develop concept designs , architectural drawings, and 3D models for new and ongoing projects. Work closely with clients to understand project goals, functional requirements, and design preferences. Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design proposals for client approval. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and civil engineers to ensure design feasibility. Conduct site visits , gather measurements, and assess existing conditions as required. Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, zoning laws, and safety standards . Prepare and refine detailed construction drawings , plans, and specifications. Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, or BIM tools to develop accurate design documents. Work with project managers to estimate timelines, budgets, and materials. Review and approve shop drawings, material samples, and design-related documentation. Stay updated on design trends, sustainability practices, and new materials. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution. Professional experience as a Design Architect or in a similar role (3–8 years preferred). Strong proficiency in design and drafting software: AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, SketchUp, Lumion, Adobe Suite , etc. Excellent visualization skills with the ability to create compelling presentations. Strong knowledge of construction techniques, building materials, and regulatory standards. Exceptional creativity, design sense, and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaborative skills. Preferred Skills Experience in interior design , sustainable design, or landscape integration. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
