About the Role:

Merchant Loan B2C business

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and expand the Merchant Credit

  B2C business

  across geographies.
• Drive merchant acquisition and credit disbursal, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
• Collaborate with product, risk, technology, and operations to design scalable merchant credit products for B2C customers.
• Monitor key performance indicators such as portfolio growth, delinquency rates, and customer retention.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal credit/risk guidelines.
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales & credit operations team.
• Liaise with leadership and external partners to innovate and enhance B2C credit offerings.

Requirements:

• 10–15 years of experience in

  credit, lending, or merchant/B2C finance

  , with leadership exposure.
• Deep understanding of merchant and B2C credit ecosystems, underwriting, and risk management.
• Proven ability to scale business operations while maintaining portfolio quality.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and familiarity with fintech or digital credit platforms.
• Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• People Management is Key to the entire Role
