As the Deputy Vice President of Merchant Credit Core (B2C Business) at Netambit, your role is crucial in spearheading the Merchant Credit B2C business. Your focus will be on scaling credit offerings, ensuring portfolio quality, and driving profitability across the B2C merchant segment. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and expand the Merchant Credit B2C business across different geographies. - Develop credit strategies, policies, and risk frameworks customized for the B2C merchant ecosystem. - Drive merchant acquisition and credit disbursal to provide a seamless customer journey. - Collaborate with product, risk, technology, and operations teams to design scalable merchant credit products for B2C customers. - Monitor key performance indicators like portfolio growth, delinquency rates, and customer retention. - Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to internal credit/risk guidelines. - Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales & credit operations team. - Liaise with leadership and external partners to innovate and enhance B2C credit offerings. Requirements: - 10-15 years of experience in credit, lending, or merchant/B2C finance, with leadership exposure. - Deep understanding of merchant and B2C credit ecosystems, underwriting, and risk management. - Proven ability to scale business operations while maintaining portfolio quality. - Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and familiarity with fintech or digital credit platforms. - Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.,
