Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Chennai for an Assistant/Deputy Manager Sales. The Assistant/Deputy Manager Sales will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating new business, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include identifying potential clients, conducting market research, presenting and selling our financial products, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transactions. The role requires coordination with various internal teams to ensure that client needs are met efficiently.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, client relationship management, and business development in the financial services industry
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Analytical skills and proficiency in market research and financial products
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other digital tools for managing sales activities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Previous experience in equity markets or brokerage firms is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
