    Intro Summary Of The Role

    This role is responsible for managing all treasury-related activities to ensure optimal liquidity, compliance, and financial risk management for the organization. The incumbent will handle cash flow planning, banking operations, foreign exchange transactions, and statutory compliance, while liaising with banks and internal stakeholders to support smooth business operations. Strong financial acumen, attention to detail, and stakeholder management skills are essential for success.

    What You Will Do

    • Upload payments on bank portals (vendor, employee, statutory).
    • Post payment entries in SAP and monitor bank transactions.
    • Manage working capital and cash flow planning.
    • Perform accurate cash forecasting and optimize liquidity across entities.
    • Liaise with banks for LC, BG, FX transactions, and compliance (IDPMS & EDPMS).
    • Handle import/export payments and documentation.
    • Coordinate intercompany payments and statutory audit disclosures.
    • Ensure FEMA and RBI compliance, including timely filings and backlog clearance.
    • Maintain strong banking relationships and negotiate terms to optimize costs.
    • Drive process improvements and automation in treasury operations.

    What We Are Looking For

    • Education: MBA in Finance or Semi-qualified CA/CWA, M.Com.
    • Experience: 4–5 years in treasury operations, cash management, and banking.
    • Skills: Strong analytical skills, SAP proficiency, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Languages: English & Hindi (Business Fluent).
    • Certifications: None required; CFA or CTP preferred.
    • Competencies: Agility, Business Acumen, Collaboration, Customer Focus, Driving Results, Leadership.
