Job Description

Responsibilities

Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in line with IMS (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
Oversee team management, fire safety management, occupational health center operations, and training center activities.
Conduct incident reporting, root cause analysis, and accident investigations using accident analysis techniques.
Implement technological safety interventions to improve workplace safety and efficiency.
Ensure adherence to safety standards in port operations, construction and oil & gas (Future).
Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
Conduct safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness drills.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the safety culture and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

B.Tech in Civil, Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation
MTech (Safety) or ADIS (RLI) or NEBOSH (I.Dip) or NEBOSH IGC, IOSH
