Deputy Manager Human Resources

As a Human Resources specialist at Renaissance Healthcare & Living Spaces Group in Gurgaon, Haryana, you will be responsible for various HR operations, compliance, process improvements, and employee support. **Key Responsibilities:** - Liaise with finance for accurate salary disbursement. - Manage employee onboarding, documentation, ID creation, and HRIS updates. - Oversee employee exits, asset clearance, and related documentation. - Maintain and update HR databases, reports, and trackers. - Ensure compliance with Indian labor laws and statutory requirements. - Prepare data and reports for audits (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). - Streamline HR operational processes for efficiency and improved employee experience. - Implement or upgrade HRIS systems and provide necessary training. - Provide support for internal communications and HR helpdesk operations. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. - Proficiency in HRMS/HRIS tools such as SAP, Oracle, Zoho People, or Darwinbox. - Strong Excel skills with experience in data management and reporting. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical abilities.
