Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Hospital Housekeeping Specialist located in Bengaluru. The Hospital Housekeeping Specialist will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across hospital facilities. Daily tasks include cleaning rooms, sanitizing equipment, maintaining laundry services, and ensuring all housekeeping protocols are followed. The specialist will also address patient and staff needs, coordinate with other departments for timely service, and report any maintenance issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in Laundry and Housekeeping services
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Ability to provide Training to new staff
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent certification
