Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a BU Head Sales (RPO). The BU Head Sales (RPO) will be responsible for overseeing the sales department, managing accounts, and ensuring effective sales management. Day-to-day tasks will involve leading, training, and managing the sales team, analyzing sales data, and developing strategies to drive sales growth for the Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) services.
