Job Title: Tele caller Specialist – Talent Acquisition

Location: Gurgaon, Haryana

Department: Human Resources / Talent Acquisition

Experience Required: 0–3 years (Freshers can also apply)

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to potential candidates to inform them about job openings and opportunities.
  • Screen and shortlist candidates based on requirements shared by hiring managers.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases (Excel sheets or ATS).
  • Follow up with candidates regularly to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Provide accurate information about the company and job roles to candidates.
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in various recruitment initiatives and hiring drives.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Telecaller Specialist role located in Gurugram at Renaissance Healthcare & Living Spaces Group. The Telecaller Specialist will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, providing information about the services offered, and following up on leads to schedule appointments for the sales team. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage effectively with prospects over the phone.

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in telemarketing or customer service roles
