Deputy Manager Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:

Manage payroll processing, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation, deductions, and tax withholdings.

Oversee compliance with labor laws and regulations, proactively address potential legal issues, and maintain necessary documentation.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote organizational goals and employee engagement.

Conduct regular employee performance reviews, facilitating feedback and coaching to enhance employee development.

Coordinate employee training programs and professional development initiatives to foster a skilled workforce.

Serve as a trusted advisor to management and staff, addressing HR-related inquiries and enhancing overall workplace morale.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.

Strong understanding of payroll and compliance regulations,

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of employees.

Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite, with excellent data analysis capabilities.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Certification from a recognized HR organization (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
