Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Manager Human Resources located at Desh Bhagat University in Mandi Gobindgarh. The Deputy Manager Human Resources will handle day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Responsibilities also include implementing HR strategies and policies, coordinating employee training, and facilitating effective communication within departments to enhance employee engagement and organizational development.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Recruitment, Staffing, and Talent Acquisition
• Knowledge in Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Conflict Resolution
• Comfort with developing and implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance
• Experience in Employee Training, Organizational Development, and Employee Engagement Initiatives
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in HR software and systems
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is an added advantage
