Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position of Deputy Manager Human Resources at KIMS Alshifa Super Specialty Hospital, located in Malappuram. The Deputy Manager HR will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance with HR policies. Responsibilities include managing employee records, ensuring adherence to labor laws, handling employee relations, providing strategic HR guidance to departments, and driving talent development initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• MBA/MHA with above 5 years experience
• Strong knowledge and experience in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition processes
• Proficiency in employee engagement, performance management, and implementing HR policies
• Understanding of labor laws, compliance practices, and best practices in HR processes
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with multiple teams, manage conflict, and foster a positive work environment
• Proven experience in organizational development, training, and talent management initiatives.
• Prior experience in healthcare or hospital HR management is preferred
• Proficiency in using Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS) and other HR-related software tools
• Ability to work on-site and effectively manage a large and diverse workforce
