Job Purpose:
To plan, manage, and execute events, exhibitions, and brand activation programs that enhance the company’s visibility, brand positioning, and stakeholder engagement. The Deputy Manager will coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless execution of all assigned projects within budget and timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Planning & Strategy
- Develop and implement event and exhibition strategies aligned with company goals and marketing plans.
- Identify suitable platforms (trade fairs, expos, conferences) for participation to maximize brand exposure.
- Prepare detailed event calendars, budgets, and execution plans.
- Event Execution & Coordination
- Oversee end-to-end management of corporate events, product launches, exhibitions, and client engagement programs.
- Manage logistics, branding, vendor coordination, stall design, fabrication, AV setup, and on-ground support.
- Ensure all event deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, procurement, operations, etc.) for smooth execution.
- Vendor & Partner Management
- Identify, negotiate, and finalize vendors including event agencies, fabrication contractors, and service providers.
- Manage vendor performance, cost control, and adherence to timelines.
- Budgeting & Cost Control
- Prepare event budgets and ensure optimal utilization of funds.
- Track expenses, raise purchase orders, and reconcile event-related costs.
- Marketing & Communication
- Work with the marketing team to develop communication material for events (brochures, signage, invites, digital campaigns).
- Coordinate media coverage, PR, and social media promotions related to events.
- Post-Event Analysis
- Prepare event reports, including ROI analysis, feedback, and recommendations for future improvements.
- Maintain an archive of event documentation and creative assets.
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to corporate safety, legal, and compliance standards during events and exhibitions.

Qualifications & Experience
- Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Event Management, or Mass Communication.
- 5–8 years of experience in event management, exhibitions, brand activations, or corporate communications.
- Experience in handling large-scale corporate or B2B events preferred.
