Job Description

The Business Engagement and Strategy team at our company plays a crucial role in driving business strategy and monetization efforts. As a Deputy Manager in Business Strategy, you will be at the forefront of all business-related decisions. Your main responsibilities will include designing and executing sales strategies, as well as related operations and processes. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the CXOs on various strategic and execution-related initiatives. **Key Responsibilities:** - Participate in the development of business strategy with a focus on key aspects of sales such as pricing, product, and sales distribution. - Prepare and implement Go-to-Market strategy for new product launches, including back-end operations related to the launch. - Develop and implement features on the internal Sales CRM to drive sales productivity and build necessary process controls. - Design and execute effective sales processes to deliver superior service experience to customers. - Develop insights on markets, competitors, and business trends to inform key decisions. - Provide data-driven insights to support business growth and key decision-making. - Create data reports and dashboards for discussions and decision-making. - Analyze trends in existing business to drive sales productivity. - Lead cross-functional projects that impact business products and sales processes. - Implement and monitor strategic plans to support various business initiatives. **Apply if you have:** - An MBA/Engineering Degree with 2-4 years of experience. - Proficiency in using MS Office products, specifically MS Excel & PowerPoint. - Experience with data tools like Tableau and Power BI is a plus. - Strong management and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a multi-project environment with time-constrained deadlines. - Excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills. - Strong problem-solving aptitude and business acumen. - Prior experience with CRM and startups/consulting firms is a plus.
