Job Description

Purpose/Objective


    Responsible for all aspects of project management, preparation of monthly RA bills, quantities calculations, rate analysis and work done bills processing

Key Responsibilities of Role


    1. Preparation of monthly RA bills for executed quantities 2. To track the variation quantities and take prior approval from management 3. To check the extra items from approved drawings, prepare rate analysis and take prior approval from management. 4. To reconcile the quantities on monthly basis. 5. To maintain all records related to billing process.

Technical Competencies


    Knowledge of CWC & CEA Guidelines for rate analysis for Hydropower Projects,Knowlege of quantities calculation from approved drawings,Knowledge of SAP ,Billing procedures, documentation and Reconciliation

Qualifications and Experience


    - B.E./ B.Tech- Civil Engineering - 8+ years of experience in the quantity surveying and billing in Hydro PSP projects.
