Deputy Human Resource Manager

Role & responsibilities

Thecandidatewillbe responsible forRecruitment(70%)COperations (30%)andalso overseeing

theroutineoperationalfunctionsoftheHRdepartment.Thisroledemandsa seasonedHR

professionalwith7to10years of experience inBFSI/sector,withafocus onlargescalerecruitment

offieldandcall centrepersonnelalongwithlateralhiring.

KeyResponsibilities:

1. Leadandmanagetherecruitmentprocess toensuretimelyhiringof candidates forboth

entrylevelaswellas supervisorylevelpositions

2. Collaboratewithdepartmentheads toplanmanpowerneedsanddevelopjob

descriptions.

3. Oversee candidatescreening,interviewing, andassessmentprocesses.

4. Negotiatejoboffers,salarypackages,andothertermsofemploymentand ensure

proper documentation and smooth onboarding

5. Manageemployerbrandingandensureapositivecandidateexperience

6. Setupanetworkofrecruitmentpartners(NGOs,skilldevelopmentcentres, freelancing

recruiters, etc

7. EnsuringfulfillingoffrontlineandSupervisorypositions throughvarious channels

(jobportals, socialmedia,headhunting, etc.).

8. Ensureupdatedrecordsaremaintainedonthesystemforeffectivemanpower planning

9. Tracking and analyzing key hiring metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, qualityofhire,

and turnover rates, to evaluate recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for

improvement.

Desired Skills s Requirements:

• Graduationmandatory. MBAwithspecialization inHRpreferred
• Experience inmanaging large-scalebulkClateralhiring inbanking/financial process.

PreferablyNBFC/MFI / BPObackground

• Hands-onexperience inrecruitmentCHRoperations
• ProficiencyinHRsoftwareandsystems
• GoodwithExcel,HRtoolsCdocumentation
• Strong communication Ccoordination skills
