Deputy HR Manager

Job Title: Deputy HR Manager Department: Human Resources Location: Gurgaon Reporting To: CHRO Salary Range: 35000-40000 Job Overview: The Deputy HR Manager plays a key supporting role in managing and executing HR functions across the organization. This position is responsible for assisting in strategic HR planning, recruitment, employee relations, policy implementation, performance management, and compliance with statutory regulations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR best practices and a proactive approach to handling HR challenges. Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment & Onboarding Assist in manpower planning and coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes. Conduct interviews, shortlist candidates, and support onboarding procedures. Maintain candidate pipelines and work with external consultants as needed. 2. Employee Engagement & Relations Support in planning and executing employee engagement activities. Address employee grievances, support conflict resolution, and ensure a healthy workplace culture. Conduct exit interviews and analyze attrition trends. 3. Performance Management Coordinate the performance appraisal process and ensure timely feedback. Support managers in setting KPIs and tracking employee development. Assist in training and development initiatives. 4. HR Operations & Compliance Maintain HR records, databases, and employee files. Ensure compliance with labor laws, ESI, PF, and other statutory requirements. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.
