Deputy General Manager

As the Deputy General Manager (DGM) - Implementation at Shivam Medisoft Services Pvt. Ltd., your role will involve leading software deployment and client integration projects in the healthcare technology domain. Your expertise in project management, client-handling, and software implementation will be crucial in ensuring the success of our innovative ERP solutions across various hospital sites. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee end-to-end software implementation projects at multiple hospital sites, ensuring seamless deployment. - Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate efficient system integration and timely project delivery. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. - Analyze project metrics and data to optimize implementation performance and identify areas for improvement. - Address technical and operational issues during deployment and post-implementation phases effectively. - Drive continuous improvement initiatives in implementation processes and enhance customer experience. - Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and compliance with project timelines and deliverables. Qualifications & Skills: - 3-5 years of experience in Software Implementation and System Integration, preferably in healthcare or ERP domains. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to tackle complex implementation challenges. - Excellent communication and client management abilities to foster positive relationships. - Proven track record of achieving high customer satisfaction and project success rates. - Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously. - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
