Roles and Responsibilities

* Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and high-quality customer service.
* Develop and implement business plans to drive growth, increase revenue, and expand market share.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Oversee account opening processes, KYC procedures, AML/CFT regulations, and general insurance sales.
**Job Requirements**
* 6-11 years of experience in banking or financial services industry.
* Strong knowledge of retail banking products such as current accounts, savings accounts, loans, credit cards etc. .
* Excellent coaching skills with ability to motivate teams for improved performance.
