Deputy Branch Manager

Role Overview: As a Deputy Branch Manager, your main responsibility will be the overall management of the lobby team in the branch. Your primary goal is to ensure excellence in service, sales, and operational functions within the branch. You will report to the Branch Manager and work closely with them to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure "First Time Right" in the account opening process. - Close customer requests within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT) and promptly resolve customer grievances. - Supervise the Lobby Team to conduct the required number of knowlarity calls to customers. - Drive the sale of bank and third-party products such as Life Insurance (LI), General Insurance (GI), Home Loans, Credit Cards, and Personal Loans to consistently meet revenue targets. - Oversee basic operational functions including timely branch opening, compliance with Customer Relationship Limits (CRL), account opening TAT, and cash and security item reconciliation. - Ensure all transactions are conducted in accordance with guidelines, error-free, and compliant with regulations. - Maintain high branch operational standards to achieve favorable ratings during audits. - Excel in Branch Sales and Service Scorecard metrics. - Mentor and groom team members for future leadership roles. Qualification Required: - Graduate or Post Graduate with exposure to financial subjects, preferably a Post Graduate in Finance or Commerce. - Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in branch operations and customer service, ideally in a similar role at a peer Bank. - Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.,
