Deputy Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager, your role involves training and evaluating branch employees to ensure they meet performance standards. You will be responsible for setting and achieving the branch's business goals, as well as ensuring smooth operations in compliance with the organization's policies. Managing the branch's budget effectively is a key part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Nurture relationships with customers, vendors, and the community to enhance business opportunities. - Address customer needs and resolve issues promptly to maintain positive and long-term relationships. - Make managerial and financial decisions on behalf of the branch to drive growth and profitability. - Perform any other related duties as assigned to support overall branch operations. Qualifications Required: - Experience in retail management is essential for this role. - Prior experience in managing Building materials retail shops will be considered an added advantage.
