Depot Manager

You will be responsible for managing and overseeing all warehouse activities to ensure efficient processes and maximize productivity. Your duties will include supervising employees, coordinating logistical processes, ensuring quality of goods, and preparing relevant documentation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Plan, organize, supervise, and participate in daily warehouse operations including receipt, storage, safety, distribution, and maintenance of inventory - Train, supervise, and evaluate warehouse employees; assign workload accordingly - Route, schedule, pack, and prepare orders for delivery; oversee deliveries - Maintain records, prepare reports, and manage inventory - Assist in establishing warehouse standards and procedures - Communicate with customers and sales team **Qualifications Required:** - Degree in business, management, logistics, or related field preferred - Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar management position - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and management - Time management, delegation, leadership, and organizational skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software - Problem-solving and communication skills You may need to work from alternate locations as required. Your key performance indicators will include organizing safe and efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, on-time delivery, order execution, safety audits, inventory management, route planning, customer service, and continuous improvement in operations.,
