About This Role
North America is our highest-priority growth market, and the way we show up across this region directly shapes how customers experience Xoxoday for the first time. As we deepen our presence, we’re looking for a senior marketing leader who can connect strategy, execution, and cross-functional alignment into a coherent, high-performing GTM engine for the U.S. market.This is a target-driven role with high ownership, visibility, and direct impact on revenue. You’ll lead multi-channel demand generation programs, ABM motions, events, partner campaigns, and nurture streams all while working closely with Sales, SDR, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps to scale our pipeline across enterprise and mid-market segments.If you understand the U.S. enterprise SaaS landscape and enjoy building demand engines that convert strategy into measurable pipeline, this role offers an opportunity to shape one of our most important growth stories.
What You’ll Do
North America GTM & Demand Strategy
- Own the full-funnel marketing and GTM strategy for the U.S. market across enterprise and mid-market segments.
- Build competitive, segment-specific positioning and messaging tailored to U.S. buyers.
- Develop a scalable demand generation framework spanning ABM, field marketing, partner-led motions, digital programs, and lifecycle nurturing.
Multi-Channel Demand Generation
- Drive integrated, multi-channel campaigns including ABM, events, digital, SEO, and nurture to deliver predictable pipeline growth.
- Lead field marketing initiatives across U.S. events, conferences, CXO roundtables, and market activations.
- Build partner-led campaigns in collaboration with the Partnerships team to expand reach and influence.
Sales Alignment & Pipeline Acceleration
- Work closely with Sales and SDR teams on account targeting, enablement, and pipeline acceleration strategies.
- Develop programs that lift conversion rates across the funnel from awareness to opportunity creation.
- Support regional revenue goals through structured cadence, alignment, and execution discipline.
Analytics, Measurement & Insights
- Oversee U.S. marketing dashboards, attribution models, campaign ROI, and revenue analytics.
- Set targets, track progress, and refine programs based on performance insights.
- Influence planning decisions with data-backed recommendations and market intelligence.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate across time zones with GTM, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and RevOps leaders in India and North America.
- Operate as a senior individual contributor (and/or lead a small team) while influencing a broad cross-functional charter.
- Ensure tight alignment across marketing motions to support regional revenue objectives.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–8 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience with strong exposure to the U.S. market.
- Deep expertise in demand generation, ABM, regional GTM strategy, and enterprise pipeline creation.
- Proven track record of driving pipeline for enterprise SaaS within the U.S. buyer landscape
- Hands-on experience collaborating with Sales, SDR, Field Marketing, and Product Marketing teams.
- Strong analytical mindset, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
- Comfortable working India hours with consistent U.S. overlap.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global SaaS environment with high ownership.
