Job Title: Demand Generation Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Demand Generation Executive to join our growing sales and marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing strategies to drive qualified leads and build a consistent sales pipeline for our IT services. The ideal candidate will have strong research, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to generate interest, nurture prospects, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective demand generation campaigns across multiple channels (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, and digital outreach).
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture potential leads through targeted prospecting and engagement activities.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitors, and target audiences to refine outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align messaging and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions and leads using CRM tools.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and lead generation metrics.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly qualified lead and opportunity targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Demand Generation / Lead Generation / B2B Marketing, preferably in IT services.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, sales funnels, and lead nurturing tactics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience using CRM and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to contribute to business growth.
