Our Human Capital team helps Deloitte client service teams support value creation through people's performance. Position Summary

Level:

ManagerAs a Manager at Deloitte Consulting, you will oversee the technical delivery of enterprise-scale software solutions, lead cross-functional and global teams and mentor junior members. You will collaborate to understand functional requirements, support sales and proposal efforts, and drive end-to-end project delivery, including estimation and planning, to ensure successful outcomes.

Work you’ll do:

Across our service offerings, you will:
  • Develop broad consulting skills; gather and research data; develop pertinent and thoughtful analyses; contribute to the creation of deliverables related to learning development / change management / technology, and large-scale transformations
  • Develop conclusions from analysis; take responsibility for creating and leading portions of deliverables
  • Lead and evaluate analysis to draw conclusions and develop insightful recommendations and solutions, design deliverable content
  • Plan and manage moderately complex engagements; structure, review, and validate analysis, recommendations, and deliverables

The team:

The Organization Workforce & Change practice is about transforming the organization to support its business strategy. This involves helping our clients move from where they are today to where they need to be in the future. It could include changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions, and redesigning the organization structure. It will require a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation. To enable our success, it will be critical to use data and insights to inform better ways of working together.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

  • 10 - 15 years of hands-on experience in industry or consulting in learning and development/organization design/change management/digital and cloud solutions space.
  • Previous experience on technology implementation projects (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Siebel, Salesforce.com, Workday, SuccessFactors, custom solutions) in a relevant industry or consulting environment
  • Plan and manage complex projects and ensure timely work delivery
  • Lead/manage one or more teams responsible for developing and deploying user adoption programs for technical implementations, digitalization and emerging technology initiatives
  • Liaise with leads from other workstreams and subject matter experts
  • Responsible for design and execution of Organizational Change Management (OCM) activities for large-scale transformation projects including, but not limited to, training strategy, stakeholder engagement, change management, training development, communications, organization design and governance, and culture solutions that enable industry-leading clients to meet and exceed their digitalization goals
  • Manage resource allocation on project activities and their utilization during the project lifecycle Structure, review, and validate deliverables, analysis, and recommendations
  • Own on-time completion of deliverables for your team
  • Ensure deliverables meet Deloitte and client quality standards
  • Anticipate project risks/issues and discuss mitigation strategies with senior client/project leadership; remove roadblocks for the development team
  • Plan and develop key project communications and regular project status tracking
  • Lead and manage business development efforts, including Statements of Work (SOW), proposal development, client presentations, etc.
  • Lead and contribute to practice development initiatives including culture building, internal community involvement, eminence, recruiting, whitepapers, etc.

  • Proven experience in a consulting and/or client-facing environment

Education:

  • BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
