What would you do?
Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costs
- Ensure strict confidentiality and security of client data throughout onboarding operations.
- Accurately update client applications in accordance with user guides and process documentation.
- Promote adherence to LWIs and flag inconsistencies or gaps to SMEs or leadership.
- Foster team engagement through participation in team-building activities and collaborative initiatives
- Identify and propose process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and control.
- Monitor and enhance performance metrics, ensuring transparency and effectiveness in measurement systems.
- Update daily process metrics and maintain comprehensive MIS reports.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service and ensure prompt resolution of outstanding issues.
- Demonstrate ownership by proactively completing tasks and supporting related activities beyond immediate scope. What are we looking for?
- Interpret and analyze client-specific onboarding processes to ensure alignment with business rules and service standards.
- Oversee the processing and auditing of employee service requests and tickets related to onboarding using HR systems and platforms (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow).
- Ensure timely and accurate collection, verification, and processing of employee documentation.
- Maintain and monitor onboarding records, ensuring systems are updated and data integrity is preserved.
- Serve as the escalation point for onboarding-related queries and resolve issues efficiently.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of onboarding frameworks, policies, and procedures in line with organizational objectives.
- Provide operational guidance and support to the onboarding team, ensuring consistency and compliance across all activities.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and collaborate with stakeholders for resolution.
- Participate in client meetings and document discussions through detailed minutes of meetings.
- Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (LWIs) are regularly reviewed, updated, and communicated to the team.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process issues and recommend corrective and preventive actions. Roles and Responsibilities:
