What would you do Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costsTalent HR processSupport workforce behavior in alignment with the organization`s business strategy by designing, developing, implementing, and executing key HR processes:strategic planning; supply demand; hiring and sourcing; on-boarding and integration; training and development; objective-setting and performance management; and compensation and rewards.
What are we looking for Leave of Absence ManagementoSupervise end-to-end LOA processes including medical, maternity, paternity, and other statutory leaves.oEnsure accurate documentation and compliance with local labor laws and company policies.oPartner with HR and Payroll teams to ensure timely updates and payments during LOA.oReconciliation of reports related to leave of absence(FMLA/Non FMLA, Workers Compensation, Disability pay)Benefits AdministrationoOversee employee benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives).oEnsure timely enrollment, changes, and terminations in benefits systems.oAddress employee queries and resolve escalations related to benefits.oReconciliation of reports related to Benefits programs (health insurance, retirement plans, wellness initiatives).Offboarding ProcessoManage offboarding workflow including exit interviews, clearance, and final settlements.oEnsure compliance with data security and confidentiality during offboarding.oCollaborate with IT, Payroll, and HR teams for smooth transition and system access removal.oReconciliation of reports related to offboardingTeam LeadershipoLead and mentor a team of specialists handling LOA, Benefits, and Offboarding.oMonitor performance metrics, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement.oEnsure adherence to SLAs and quality standards.Stakeholder ManagementoAct as a point of contact for HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Compliance teams.oProvide regular reports and insights on LOA, Benefits, and Offboarding trends.________________________________________
QualificationsBachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.5+ years of experience in HR operations with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.Strong knowledge of labor laws, benefits programs, and offboarding compliance.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.Proficiency in Operation Excellence (creating maintaining)Proficiency in HRIS tools Workday and MS Office Suite.________________________________________Key CompetenciesAttention to detail and process orientation.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
