What would you do You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and help us in performing Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis activities, collecting operational data/reports, conducting analysis and reconciling transaction, preparation of standard Adhoc management reports for region, country, product, Service type etc., providing standardized/adhoc and insightful level of analyses.Financial planning, reporting, variance analysis, budgeting and forecastingFinancial planning and analysis (FPA) refers to the processes designed to help organizations accurately plan, forecast, and budget to support the company s major business decisions and future financial health. These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting.

What are we looking for Preferred Skills/ Experience in following areas:Functional Experience in:Preparation of management reportsVariance Analysis and writing Tier 1 commentary Budgeting Forecasting Preparation including Load to ERP Complete PL Understanding Direct Indirect Cost Analysis Headcount Analysis and Impact on OpexAnalyzing numbers and identifying data inconsistencies Able to leverage tools and data structureCommunicationShould possess excellent communication skills including:Interact with client/ stakeholders in day-to-day operationsAble to proactively communicate issues/risks Interact and present data/insights to clients in review meetingsToolsSAPMS Office [Advance Level]Planning/Budgeting/Forecasting ToolsNA
