Roles and Responsibilities:

• Should be Leading and mentoring .NET development teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing and Providing technical guidance and expertise on .NET technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Design and implement technical solutions for complex projects, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and timelines.Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Stay up to date with the latest .NET technologies, frameworks, and tools.
• Participate in code reviews, ensuring code quality and adherence to standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
• Manage and develop team members, providing regular feedback and coaching.
• Motivate and inspire the team to achieve high performance.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Communicate technical information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborate effectively with other teams, including product management, design, and QA.
• Represent the technical team in meetings and presentations.
• Extensive hands-on experience with .NET technologies, including C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Angular, .NET 6, SQL and MySQL .
• Strong understanding of software development principles and methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS).
• Proven ability to lead and motivate teams. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
