Principal Accountabilities

  1. Planning and scheduling

    the delivery process, including defining project scope, milestones, and timelines.
  2. Managing the budget and resources

    of the delivery, including allocating tasks to team members and ensuring that the project stays on track.
  3. Identifying and managing risks

    to the delivery, including developing contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
  4. Communicating with stakeholders

    , including team members, clients, and other stakeholders, to ensure that everyone is informed about the progress of the delivery.
  5. Tracking progress

    and making adjustments as needed to keep the delivery on track.
  6. Providing guidance

    and mentorship to team members to ensure that they have the skills and support they need to complete their tasks.
  7. Working with

    stakeholders to meet their needs and expectations.
  8. Reporting the progress

    of projects and ensuring timely escalation to the right level.


Job Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Experience:

  1. At least 15-20 years of IT Experience with 5-10 years of Delivery Management Role
  2. Experience in delivering a portfolio of projects is essential
  3. Experience in delivering Large Enterprise IT software implementation projects
  4. Good financial acumen in budgeting, forecasting and tracking is essential
  5. Experience in Enterprise projects which include PLM projects is a plus
  6. Capability to manage global business stakeholders is essential
  7. Experience in Working with European clients from India is essential


Skills:

  1. Excellent aptitude on Technical aspects of Application development, deployment & Analyzing technical aspects of applications
  2. Hand-on expertise in planning, tracking and reporting project progress is essential
  3. Understanding the Project Methodologies and Sprint based delivery is essential
  4. Good problem-solving skills, strategic thinking acumen for continuous improvement is essential
  5. Good working knowledge on MS office tool such as Excel & power point is essential
  6. PLM knowledge and expertise in working on PLM projects is good to have.
  7. Leadership skills towards Guiding and motivating teams, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment, and providing direction is essential
  8. Good communication (written and verbal) is essential
  9. Good working knowledge on MS office tool such as Excel & power point is essential
  10. Ability to diplomatically handle challenging situations and escalation management


Qualification :

  1. Atleast Bachelor’s degree in engineering (in any disciple).
  2. Certification in Project Management, Sprint based Project Management is good to have.
