Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery:

  Own and drive successful delivery of projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality standards are met.

• Stakeholder Management:

  Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams, managing expectations and building strong relationships.

• Team Leadership:

  Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.

• Risk & Issue Management:

  Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and resolve issues proactively.

• Process Improvement:

  Implement best practices in delivery management, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Financial Management:

  Monitor budgets, resource allocation, and profitability of projects.

• Reporting:

  Provide regular status updates, dashboards, and performance metrics to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience:

  Minimum 10 years in IT industry with at least 45 years in delivery/project management roles.

• Technical Background:

  Hands-on experience in software development, architecture(any technology stack).

• Methodologies:

  Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery models.

• Tools:

  Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).

• Leadership:

  Excellent people management, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Certifications (Preferred):

  PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or equivalent.
